Orders shipped from our logistics centers in Switzerland or France avoid most customs formalities within those same areas.

Import duties or taxes may be levied by local authorities, depending on the exact delivery location. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We systematically provide the necessary documentation to facilitate customs clearance.

Express delivery is available for €19.90, regardless of the basket value.

Our boxes and packaging elements come from dead stock: these dormant stocks, produced in excess, which are waiting in warehouses or are destined for destruction.

We chose to give them a new life. Each BIKKOU box tells this quiet story: a material reused intelligently, without producing more, without excess. A conscious way of doing things, true to our aesthetic and our intention.

Returns are free in Switzerland and the EU if you opt for an exchange or a credit note.

Please note that returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition. They must also be returned in their original packaging, including all protective materials (tissue paper, protective bag, etc.).

Trying on items should only be done indoors and on a soft surface, in order to preserve the sole and the overall condition of the product.

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions—showing signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging—will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to the customer.

Please note that sale items are non-refundable. However, they can be exchanged for another item or a gift card. If the exchange is for an item of lesser value, the difference will be credited as a gift card.
