To preserve the quality of your BIKKOU shoes, we recommend the following general care: keep the shoes clean and dry using a chamois cloth and store them in the protective bag provided with your purchase. We recommend storing each shoe in a separate bag, away from light, heat, rain, and humidity. Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces, alcohol, or grease. To prevent color fading, do not store light-colored items near dark-colored items.

This material naturally has a slightly wrinkled appearance, which may become more pronounced with wear and flexing. This is part of its normal aging process and is not a defect. We recommend that you thoroughly waterproof this material before use.

Our recycled PET materials are naturally waterproof. They therefore do not require regular protection; however, we recommend applying it once a year by prevention and to preserve the product's longevity.

Recycled satin is a delicate material: contact with sharp or rough objects can damage it. It can also stain if it comes into contact with liquid; therefore, it is essential to protect your shoes from rain and any other source of moisture. A professional shoe cleaner can also clean them.

Due to the delicate nature of this material, the item must be handled with care. As with all metallic finishes, liquids containing alcohol should be avoided. Waterproofing this material is not necessary.

We chose to color our heels to improve their durability. In case of a significant scratch, we can replace your heel.
Over time, the heel tip can also wear down. It is recommended to replace it before the inside of the heel becomes visible, in order to maintain the balance and stability of the shoe.
