Delivery, returns and payment

All packages are prepared and shipped within a maximum of 48 working hours; you must then add the delivery time.

Delivery is free in Switzerland. We charge a flat rate of 9 CHF for deliveries within Europe and 18 CHF for deliveries to the rest of the world.

If you change your mind about our items, you have 14 days from receipt of your package to notify your wish to return your order, indicating whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit (below) .

Notification must be made by email to the following address: nathalie.mossaz@bikkou.ch.

No return request will be accepted after this period.

Once your email is sent, you must return the package to us within 10 days of your email, at your expense, to the following address:

BIKKOU, 32 Grand-Rue, 1204 Geneva, SWITZERLAND

- if you opt for reimbursement of the amount paid, we will reimburse you upon receipt and acceptance of your return;

- if you opt for an exchange, a new pair will be sent to you free of charge, with delivery costs being our responsibility;

- if you opt for a credit, you can use it on your next order.

Please try your items indoors and on a clean surface as any returns showing signs of wear will be refused. Please return all items in unmarked condition and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges. Once the order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. You must wait to receive the goods and then send them back.
